Barkan Wins Fulbright Teaching Fellowship
Elliott Barkan, professor of history and coordinator of ethnic studies at Cal State San Bernardino has won a one-year Fulbright teaching fellowship to England.
Barkan will teach American history and American race relations at the University of Southampton.
