Agriculture Department’s No. 3 Official to Quit Post

Daniel Amstutz, undersecretary for international affairs and commodity programs at the Agriculture Department, announced his resignation Thursday, effective Aug. 1. Amstutz has served in the No. 3 position at the Agriculture Department since May, 1983.
