It’s not exactly pocket-size, but videocassette recorders shrunk a size Wednesday in New York with Sony’s introduction of its new portable VCR. Weighing in at 5 1/2 pounds, the 8-millimeter EV-11 is 11 inches wide, 8 inches deep and will set interested consumers back about $900.
