CMS Enhancements, a Tustin computer peripherals manufacturer, said it has appointed Frederick L. Judd, 29, to the newly-created position of chief financial officer and treasurer.
An attorney and certified public accountant, Judd joins the computer firm after serving about a year as chief financial officer of Santa Ana-based Donny Osmond Entertainment Corp., said Jim Farooquee , CMS Enhancement’s president and chief financial officer.
Judd will assume the duties of the company’s executive vice president of finance, Tom Ong, who is expected to be elected company chairman on Monday, Farooquee said.
