Japanese Investors Buy Irvine Property
Maruchan Inc., a Tokyo-based investment concern, has purchased two Irvine buildings from Hexco of Torrance for $8.5 million.
Collins Fuller Corp., Newport Beach and Riverside, represented both parties in the transaction involving a 21,000-square-foot office building and an 89,000-square-foot manufacturing building at 16700 Aston St.
