The Region : Couple Arrested on Child Porno Charges

Sheriff’s deputies arrested two adults and took two children into protective custody after raiding a Rowland Heights motel where they said pornographic videotapes of children were being made. Thomas Williams, 39, of Walnut and Wilma Paulsen, 42, a transient, were arrested on suspicion of using a minor for obscene material and for performing lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14. Paulsen’s children, a 7-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy, were placed in protective custody with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services. A sheriff’s spokesmen said the adults and the children were in compromising sexual positions and a videotape camera was running when they burst in to the motel in the 18900 block of Labin Court.
