Thomas J. Smith has been named to the newly created position of senior vice president of La Cresta Pacifica Corp. The company is the real estate development and property management subsidiary of Pacific Savings Bank in Costa Mesa. Smith’s former position as a La Cresta vice president has been filled by William T. O’Brien. O’Brien previously worked for Preston of Southern California where he served as vice president and general counsel.
