Government Markets Closed for Holiday
The nation’s stock and commodity markets will maintain normal hours today, Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, but government offices will be closed and there will be no foreign currency, government and government-agency bonds tables.
The weekly Treasury bill auction will be held Tuesday instead of today. Banks are closed today but most businesses will be open.
