Katrin Gutensohn of Austria mastered the tricky Graukogel course at Badgastein, Austria, to edge two Canadians and win the third World Cup women’s downhill ski race of the season.
Gutensohn’s winning time was 2 minutes 3.05 seconds.
Liisa Savijarvi finished second in 2:03.38, while another Canadian, Laurie Graham, held on to first place in the downhill standings with a third-place finish in 2:03.95.
