Is This a Way to Treat Our Guests From Iowa?

Jim Murray appears to have all the good sportsmanship of the man who sat in front of me at the Rose Bowl game and turned to me during the second quarter to sarcastically remark: “How many pro football teams do they have in Iowa, anyhow?” and momentarily later, “I’ll bet they don’t have pro anything in Iowa.” My simple reply to this fan was, “We have pro courtesy in Iowa.”
