Building Leased for Furniture Showroom

Kreiss Enterprises Inc. of Wilmington has signed a 15-year lease aggregating more than $2 million on a building that is being renovated into a 10,000-square-foot home furnishings showroom, one of the largest in California, for the Kreiss Collection.

The building at Melrose Avenue and Huntley Street, half a block from the Pacific Design Center, was built in 1897 as the original marketplace of West Hollywood and then split into four different addresses.
