92-Unit Retail Center in Cambria Nears Completion
Cambria Village Square, a $4.3-million, 92-unit retail center in Cambria--believed to be the largest project of its kind to date in that city--is under construction on an 11-acre Main Street site.
Irvine-based Western Empire Savings & Loan Assn. is providing construction financing for the three-story project being developed by Martin/Mulholland of Cambria and is expected to be completed later this summer. The architect is Joe Elkins, Templeton, Calif., and the contractor is D .W. Martin Co., Cambria.
