Town House Complex Opens in Fontana
Citrus Meadows, a new family-oriented community by Woodland Pacific Development, opens its first phase today in Fontana, offers FHA, VA and 30-year, fixed-rate conventional financing.
The two-story town houses, priced from $58,900 to $71,900, have two and three bedrooms, 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 baths, in 1,050 to 1,325 square feet of living area. It eventually will contain 90 town houses and occupancy in the 46-home first phase is scheduled for Feb. 20.
Features include central air conditioning, drapes, washer and dryer, living rooms with separate dining areas, kitchens with gas ranges and ovens, built-in appliances, luminous ceilings, pantries and breakfast bars.
On-site recreation facilities include a swimming pool, whirlpool spa, tennis court and children’s play area; the homeowners’ monthly maintenance fee is $70.
Four models decorated by Gloria Martin Interiors are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 9250 Citrus Ave.
