The Judds launch ‘Girls Night Out’ at the Venetian in Las Vegas
Reporting from Las Vegas — Only seven dates remain for the Judds reunion show that launched last Wednesday night at the Venetian. The mother-daughter duo brought their emotional “Girls Night Out†resident show, their first performances together in almost five years.
Fans sang along their catalog of hits that included “Love Can Build a Bridge,†“Why Not Me†and “Give A Little Love†as well as solo numbers, such as Wynonna Judd’s “No One Else on Earth†and “She Is His Only Need.â€
Wynonna brought out her own band, The Big Noise, led by her husband, drummer Cactus Moser. She and the band performed songs from their self-titled album due out in February.
Naomi and Wynnona’s husbands, Larry Strickland and Moser, joined their spouses on stage for the show’s encore.
Additional performances of Girls Night Out remain on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and on Oct. 21, 23 and 24.
