José Soler offers personalized tours of Barcelona, Spain, in a Mercedes limo. He speaks perfect English and shows you more than you could ever see on your own. He “made” our trip. You never have to wait in lines because he is state-licensed. We had planned to use him for one day of our week-long trip; we ended up spending four fabulous days with him.
