Barbados resort puts villas on sale, and throws in a sea turtle swim too

Port Ferdinand Yacht & Beach Club Residences, a luxury marina site built a few years ago on Barbados, will take 35% off villa prices on a summer stay — if you reserve by the end of February.
The deal: Sale prices on villas start at $455, with a three-night minimum stay required. Guests also receive access to a spa and fitness center as well as recreation spots for kids and adults, plus a swim and snorkel tour with sea turtles.
Other perks include free airport pickup and unlimited water taxi service between Port Ferdinand and Saint Peter’s Bay beaches and resorts.
When: You must book by Feb. 28 for stays May 1 to Dec. 14. Offer is based on availability.
Tested: I looked for availability over Memorial Day weekend (May 25-28) online and found a one-bedroom villa for $455 instead of $700. Prices exclude taxes.
