Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas rolls out renovated rooms, just in time for New Year’s Eve
If you’re planning to spend New Year’s Eve at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, Casino Tower rooms will have a whole new look.
The redo of 575 rooms is part of a $13-million upgrade of the hotel built in 1995. Rooms now have a more contemporary look in shades of gray, white and plum. Amenities include 55-inch high-definition TVs and convenient USB ports.
Other upgrades include bigger bathrooms (described as “spa-like†in a hotel release) with marble flooring and freshened artworks on the walls.
French doors in rooms open to reveal pool or city views. The hotel is located about a mile east of the Strip on Paradise Road at Harmon Avenue.
The next phase of renovations include redoing 65 luxury suites in the Casino Tower. The hotel also houses a 15-story all-suite HRH Tower and the 17-story Paradise Tower.
But back to New Year’s Eve. You can expect to pay a premium for rooms over the holiday weekend. Prices vary, but I found the nightly price for recently remodeled Casino Tower rooms starting at $319 on Dec. 30 and $399 for Dec. 31.
Compare that price with weeknights during January when rooms in the Casino Tower go for as little as $55 a night.
