California: Tour lets you step into shoes of Silicon Valley entrepreneur
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to be a successful Silicon Valley entrepreneur, Rosewood Sand Hill hotel in Menlo Park has just the tour for you.
Of course, it’s nearly $10,000, but that’s small change to a digital wunderkind.
The itinerary, called “A Sense of Silicon Valley,†includes some pricey perks, including a helicopter tour, a custom bike tour along Sand Hill Road, where most of the venture capital firms in Silicon Valley are located; a Tesla rental for a self-guided tech tour and lunch at Calafia Cafe in Palo Alto, where participants meet Charlie Ayers, the former executive chef at Google.
Dates: The two-date tour is available throughout the year.
Prices: $9,995 for two. Includes two nights’ accommodations and breakfast.
Info: Rosewood Sand Hill hotel, (888) 767-3966
