USC Coach Steve Sarkisian will face his former team Thursday night when the No. 17 Trojans play the Washington Huskies in the Coliseum.
Sarkisian left Washington before its bowl game in 2013 to accept the coaching position at USC.
Several Washington assistants followed Sarkisian after the season.
USC is 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the Pac-12. Washington is 2-2 and 0-1.
Both teams had an open date last week.
USC and Washington have not played since 2012.
Washington’s lone two victories against USC in their last 11 meetings were in 2009 and 2010, Sarkisian’s first two seasons at Washington.
The Huskies won with last-second field goals in both games.
