USC recruiting update: Jacob Daniel sidelined
- Share via
Jacob Daniel, a defensive lineman from Fresno who committed to USC in May, is sidelined because of a hyper-extended right knee, he told The Times.
Daniel underwent an MRI exam on Monday. He said recovery from the injury could take two weeks.
Daniel, who plays at Clovis North High, was injured during Friday’s game against Clovis East.
It was his second game since recovering from surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
