Fact of the day: Clay Helton’s first game as USC’s full-time head coach is Saturday against ninth-ranked Stanford in the Pac-12 Championship game in Santa Clara.
The Cardinal defeated USC, 41-31, in a conference opener in September.
Stanford is 10-2 overall and 8-1 in the Pac-12. USC is 8-4 and 6-3.
