A USC receiver could be selected in the first two rounds of the NFL draft for the third time in three years.
Nelson Agholor is projected as a top-40 pick in multiple mock drafts.
The Jacksonville Jaguars selected Marqise Lee in the second round with the 39th pick last year and the Buffalo Bills selected Robert Woods in the second round with the 41st pick in 2013.
Agholor, Lee and Woods all left USC with a year of eligibility remaining.
Agholor participated in the NFL scouting combine in February and USC’s pro day in March.
He reportedly worked out for multiple teams, including the New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles.
The draft begins Thursday at 5 p.m. PDT in Chicago and continues through Saturday.
