USC’s JuJu Smith runs extra because of his love for football
USC wide receiver JuJu Smith discusses Saturday’s game at Washington State.
USC freshman receiver JuJu Smith can’t get enough of football.
When practices end, the 17-year-old is one of a few Trojans players who choose to run more.
Smith, 6-foot-2 and 210 pounds, doesn’t need extra conditioning.
He said he runs because it’s “fun†and a part of football.
“If I could play football my whole life, I would,†he said. “Football to me is life.â€
Smith is second on the team with 32 receptions for 427 yards and two touchdowns. Nelson Agholor has 58 catches.
