USC’s Antwaun Woods loves the noise.
“It gets me going,” said Woods, a junior defensive tackle. “The energy, all the fans going against you – yelling at you.”
Woods said the noise makes him eager “to prove them wrong and make them be quiet.”
The Trojans silenced a capacity crowd in 2012 when they came back to defeat the Utes, 38-28, after falling behind 14-0 in three minutes.
“It was hostile for all four quarters,” Woods said.
