Tiger Woods loses tooth at ceremony for girlfriend Lindsey Vonn

Tiger Woods seemed happy enough after watching girlfriend Lindsey Vonn set a World Cup record with her 63rd career victory on Monday. But something was missing from his smile.
Namely, a tooth.
Woods made a surprise trip to Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy, to watch Vonn become the winningest female skier ever. After the race, he got caught in a frenzy around the awards podium.
“A media member with a shoulder-mounted video camera pushed and surged toward the stage, turned and hit Tiger Woods in the mouth,” his agent, Mark Steinberg, wrote in an email to the Associated Press. “Woods’ tooth was knocked out by the incident.”
Run-ins with photographers are nothing new to Woods, who has reacted angrily to pictures being snapped during his swing.
There was no word on when the former No. 1 player might have the tooth replaced. He is scheduled to begin his 2015 season at the Phoenix Open next week.
