&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Anyone can catch the ball with both hands, but it takes real talent to use just one. Just ask &amp;lt;runtime:topic id=”PESPT0013241”&amp;gt;Danny Amendola&amp;lt;/runtime:topic&amp;gt; of the &amp;lt;runtime:topic id=”ORSPT000059”&amp;gt;St. Louis Rams&amp;lt;/runtime:topic&amp;gt;.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;On the second play of the game during the Rams’ 17-3 victory over the &amp;lt;runtime:topic id=”ORSPT000031”&amp;gt;Arizona Cardinals&amp;lt;/runtime:topic&amp;gt; on Thursday night, Rams quarterback &amp;lt;runtime:topic id=”PESPT00008883”&amp;gt;Sam Bradford&amp;lt;/runtime:topic&amp;gt; threw the ball downfield to Amendola, who was well covered by Cardinals cornerback &amp;lt;runtime:topic id=”PESPT000009832”&amp;gt;Patrick Peterson&amp;lt;/runtime:topic&amp;gt;. Turning around to face the ball, Amendola grabbed it with his left hand and fell to the ground.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;That was as good as it would get for Amedonla, who injured his shoulder in the second quarter and came out of the game.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;The Rams had nine sacks in the game, their most since 1998, to hand Arizona its first loss of the season.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;”They’ve [the Rams defense] played great all year,” Bradford said. “They’ve kept us in a lot of games. Fortunately, we were able to make the big play in the fourth quarter to go up two scores, but all the credit tonight to our defense.”&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Hey, give a little credit to Amendola too.
