1. ATLANTA: Hawks have NBA’s best record; 11 players score in double figures at least once during 18-game win streak. (1)

2. MEMPHIS: Grind House: Grizzlies hold foes to 84.4 points, 23.3% three-point shooting during five-game win streak. (3)

3. GOLDEN STATE: Coming back to Earth? Warriors’ 19-game home win streak ends, now on two-game losing streak. (2)

4. CLEVELAND: Kyrie Irving drops 55 points on Portland, keeping Cavaliers on a season-high nine-game win streak. (5)

5. HOUSTON: Dwight Howard goes down (knee), Josh Smith heats up. Scores in double digits in four-game win streak. (8)

6. SAN ANTONIO: Starting to find the groove. Spurs quietly win 11 of 14 games, holding teams to 93.3 points per game. (12)

7. TORONTO: Back on track. Produce a five-game win streak by averaging 111 points on 48.8% shooting. (11)

8. WASHINGTON: Wizards need their big man. Nene sat out Phoenix loss with sore right foot. Team is 4-4 without him. (10)

9. CLIPPERS: Inexplicable loss to Pelicans sans Anthony Davis. Blake Griffin at 16.7 points, 6.7 rebounds in last three games. (6)

10. CHICAGO: How do you figure out the Bulls? Impressive OT win at Golden State, bad loss to lowly Lakers, loss to Suns. (4)

11. PORTLAND: Forget All-Star snub; Damian Lillard needs to help Blazers, losers of seven of nine, get back to winning. (7)

12. DALLAS: Offensive funk. Mavericks average 96.2 points over five games, 10.7 points below season average, go 1-4. (9)

13. PHOENIX: Home is good. Suns go 6-2 on eight-game homestand, including wins over Wizards, Bulls. (13)

14. NEW ORLEANS: Pelicans have won five of six, but now All-Star Anthony Davis is out because of a strained groin. (14)

15. MILWAUKEE: Still surprisingly holding down a playoff spot in East; limiting teams to 97.2 points, sixth-best in NBA. (16)

16. CHARLOTTE: Hornets lose Kemba Walker (knee surgery) but go 3-1 without their leading scorer; still in playoff hunt. (19)

17. OKLAHOMA CITY: KD’s body aching: Durant misses two games with sprained big toe on left foot; Thunder goes 1-1. (15)

18. MIAMI: Injuries catching up to Dwyane Wade, who will be out for a while because of a strained hamstring. (17)

19. BROOKLYN: Goodbye January. Nets went 3-12 last month, have lost seven straight at home, four straight overall. (20)

20. DETROIT: Pistons lose four straight after Brandon Jennings goes down with season-ending Achilles’ tendon injury. (18)

21. INDIANA: Can’t score, but can play D. Pacers 26th in scoring (95 points a game), fourth in points allowed (96.9). (22)

22. DENVER: Coach Brian Shaw “sick and tired� of poor play as Nuggets lose eight of nine; average 93.1 points in last seven. (21)

23. BOSTON: Not ready yet for the big boys. Celtics are 4-20 against teams with a .500 record or better. (23)

24. ORLANDO: Tough times. Coach Jacque Vaughn’s job in jeopardy. Magic allows 100 points or more in 11 straight games. (24)

26. SACRAMENTO: DeMarcus Cousins is an All-Star, but Kings lose eight straight, last three by average of 17.6 points. (25)

25. UTAH: Jazz has 17 wins this season, but still hasn’t won more than two games in a row. Good win over Warriors. (26)

27. LAKERS: Have they found themselves a point guard? Rookie Jordan Clarkson shows signs of being a real player. (27)

28. NEW YORK: Showing some life after all, winning four of six, including a victory over the Thunder. (28)

29. PHILADELPHIA: Finally, 100! Had gone 23 games without hitting triple digits until scoring 103 against Timberwolves. (29)

30. MINNESOTA: Timberwolves still haven’t won two straight games all season. Look- ing to move Mo Williams. (30)
