Lakers Chat: Lakers vs. Minnesota Timberwolves

There’s plenty of uncertainty on whether Pau Gasol will remain with the Lakers.

But as of Friday night, he’s still wearing the purple and gold. The Times’ Mike Bresnahan also spotted him getting off the team bus prior to the Lakers’ game Friday against Minnesota.

As for the Timberwolves, they might be without one of their key forwards. All-Star forward Kevin Love is listed as doubtful because of back spasms. In the Lakers’ 104-85 victory last week over Minnesota, Love sat out because of the flu. The Lakers might benefit from that absence, particularly since they’re looking for their first road win on a three-game trip.
