USC releases partial basketball schedule
The USC basketball team under new Coach Andy Enfield will open on the road Nov. 8 at Utah State. It’s the first time the Trojans will open the season away from home since 2003-04.
USC’s home schedule will begin Nov. 12 at the Galen Center against Cal State Northridge which also has a new coach, Reggie Theus.
The Trojans will play in one preseason tournament, the Battle for Atlantis in the Bahamas. That field also includes UTEP with former Trojan head coach Tim Floyd, Kansas, Iowa, Villanova, Wake Forest and Xavier.
Long Beach State will host the Trojans on Dec. 19, and they will travel to Dayton Dec. 22.
The Pac-12 portion of the schedule isn’t finalized yet, but USC and UCLA will play at Pauley Pavilion the week of Jan. 1.
