Update: The Sparks have won four games in a row and are off to their best start in nine years. They will begin a three-game trip against the Sun, which has won three consecutive games and sits on top of the Eastern Conference. Candace Parker, who is averaging 18.7 points and 9.1 rebounds, had her fourth straight double-double (23 points, 10 rebounds) in the Sparks’ 90-74 victory over Phoenix on Friday. Tina Charles averages 20.9 points and 11.1 rebounds a game for Connecticut.
