Rams’ exhibition games include home matchups with Chiefs as well as Cowboys

The Rams, preparing for their first season in Southern California in more than two decades, will play three exhibitions on Saturday nights and one on a Thursday night, the NFL announced Thursday.
The Rams’ exhibition opener against the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday, Aug. 13, at 5 p.m. PDT on ESPN was announced in April. It will be the Rams’ first home game in Los Angeles since 1979, their first in Southern California in 1994.
The Rams play the Kansas City Chiefs at the Coliseum on Saturday, Aug. 20, at 7 p.m.
The final two exhibitions are on the road, on Saturday, Aug. 27, against the Denver Broncos at 6 p.m. PDT, and on Thursday, Sept. 1, against the Minnesota Vikings at 5 p.m. PDT.
The Green Bay Packers and the Indianapolis Colts will play in the Aug. 7 Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio, to open the exhibition season.
The Rams open the regular season on Sept. 12 against the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium on “Monday Night Football.”
