Football: Sylmar Coach Chris Richards is suspended

Sylmar Coach Chris Richards said he has been suspended indefinitely pending outcome of an investigation into an on-campus fight involving students.
Offensive coordinator John Brazil will be running the team for Friday’s game against Van Nuys.
Richards was suspended last week and didn’t coach against Kennedy.
Richards is in his second season as head coach. His hiring resulted in a number of top young players enrolling at Sylmar in the last two seasons.
