Football: Quarterback Blake Barnett is no longer committed to Notre Dame

In surprising news, quarterback Blake Barnett of Corona Santiago announced Wednesday he is no longer committed to Notre Dame.
Barnett committed last November and was planning to graduate in December to enroll at Notre Dame.
But he has now opened up his recruitment, with Oregon among the schools he’s considering.
“It wasn’t the right fit at the end,” Coach Jeff Steinberg said.
Notre Dame wasted little time in moving on by making a scholarship offer on Thursday to Anaheim Servite quarterback Travis Waller.
