Football: QB Khalil Tate has offers from USC, Florida State
Junior quarterback Khalil Tate of Gardena Serra has become a popular target for college recruiters.
USC has offered him as an athlete and Florida State also has offered, Coach Scott Altenberg said.
Tate doesn’t turn 17 until late until his senior this fall. He can pass, he can run.
“He’s a freak,†Altenberg said.
