Football: Javon McKinley is averaging 27.7 yards per catch
Unbeaten Corona Centennial (4-0) doesn’t get the ball to receiver Javon McKinley as much as it would like considering opponents are designing defenses to stop him, but when he gets the ball, watch out.
McKinley is averaging 27.7 yards per catch. He has 15 receptions for 416 yards and four touchdowns.
Running back J.J. Taylor leads the Huskies with 11 touchdowns and 546 yards rushing.
Punter Jake Perez is averaging 52 yards a punt on three kicks and has made all 25 of his PATs and two of three field goals.
