Boys’ basketball: Orange Lutheran is facing two tough games this week
- Share via
It’s not going to be an easy week for Orange Lutheran (20-5, 7-1), which is in second place in the Trinity League and still not certain to be selected for the Open Division playoffs.
First the Lancers have to face Mater Dei on the road tonight, then host Santa Margarita on Thursday.
The big problem is the availability of 6-foot-7 KaVaughn Scott, who injured his foot on Saturday at the Nike Extravaganza.
He won’t play tonight and who knows how much he’ll be able to play on Thursday.
Losses to Westchester, Washington Prep and Los Alamitos in nonleague games leave the Lancers in precarious position if they are swept this week.
