Temecula Great Oak might be the best good team nobody knows about.
With a 17-game win streak, the Wolfpack (26-4) play Village Christian on Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Honda Center for the Southern Section 1AA championship.
The team went 10-0 in the Southwestern League and owns a win over Open Division finalist Etiwanda.
Great Oak has a dynamic 5-foot-8 senior guard in Latrelle Franklin, who scored 28 points in a quartefinal win over Roosevelt.
Village Christian has 6-10 USC-bound Bennie Boatwright.
