Boys’ basketball: Bernstein wins its first City championship in Division III

Hollywood Bernstein won its first City Section Division III championship in boys’ basketball on Friday night with a 65-54 win over Franklin.
Ishaq Robinson, Joe’l Towers and Warren Reis each scored 17 points.
Bernstein improved to 19-15 and earned a spot in the state Division IIII playoffs. Alvin Basco scored 21 points for Franklin.
