DUCKS AT EDMONTON OILERS
When: Tuesday, 6 p.m. PST.
On the air: TV: Prime; Radio: 830.
Update: Edmonton rookie Connor McDavid has four goals and eight assists in seven games since returning from a broken collarbone that forced him to sit out the Oilers’ first two games against the Ducks.
The Ducks could turn to goalie Anton Khudobin in the second of back-to-back games after the injured John Gibson did not dress Monday. The Ducks are on a 9-1-1 run even though its top-rated penalty-killing unit has given up seven power-play goals in seven games.
Edmonton has scored one goal in four of its last five games. Goalie Cam Talbot has recovered from an illness and is expected to start for the Oilers, but center Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (hand) is on injured reserve and defenseman Andrew Ference (hip) is out for the season.
