The Chargers lost defensive lineman Darius Philon on Thursday as the four-year veteran signed a free-agent deal with Arizona.
A sixth-round pick of the Chargers in 2015, Philon had his most productive season yet in 2018, starting 13 games and finishing with 33 tackles and four sacks.
Philon joined the Cardinals on a two-year contract worth up to $12 million, with $5 million of that guaranteed.
