Fountain Valley tree lighting lights up holidays

Fountain Valley residents started celebrating the holidays Saturday at the city’s annual tree-lighting party at the Recreation Center and Sports Park.
Visitors were treated to a visit from Santa Claus, a fireworks show, live entertainment, crafts and games. Fountain Valley firefighters collected donations to the Spark of Love toy drive for needy children.
