SANTA ANA — Anna Villanueva scored in the 39th minute and Cori Hanley added on in the 89th minute for the visiting Pirates in the Orange Empire Conference game on Tuesday.
Rachel Meier had an assist on the second goal for OCC (10-5-3, 9-3-2 in conference).
Odalis Elias had three saves to preserve the shutout.
Santa Ana is 7-11, 3-10.

Kiara Palacios scored in the 60th minute for the host Anteaters to erase a 1-0 deficit, but the Aggies scored in the 72nd minute of the Big West Conference game Sunday.
Brittany Nguyen had the assist for UCI, which finished its season at 7-11-1, 3-5 in conference.

Tommy Casarrubias and Jack Slavik scored first-half goals to propel the host Pirates in the Orange Empire Conference contest on Tuesday.
Gaku Kawarai and Curtis Taniguchi had assists for OCC (7-9-1, 6-5 in conference).
Ryan Brown made three saves for the Pirates as the Dons dropped to 7-7-4, 6-3-2.

UC Irvine 0, Cal State Northridge 0
The visiting Anteaters posted a 17-9 advantage in shots and Elliot Farmer made five saves in the Big West Conference regular-season finale on Saturday night.
Mats Bjurman paced UCI (5-10-4, 3-5-2 in conference) with four shots.
UCI would have finished second in the South Division with a victory, but wound up third behind the Matadors (8-7-3, 4-4-2).
UCI opens the Big West tournament on Saturday at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

The host Lions earned a 25-13, 25-22, 25-18 sweep in the Golden State Athletic Conference match on Saturday night.
Stephanie Flores had a team-best 10 kills for No. 7-ranked Vanguard (19-4, 12-0 in conference).
TMC fell to 18-10, 9-5.

Harlee Kekauoha had a career-high 20 kills and Samantha Frost added a career-best five saves to help the host Anteaters earn a 25-22, 25-12, 25-23 sweep in the Big West Conference match on Saturday night.
Kekauoha hit .532 as UCI improved to 11-12, 5-6 in conference.
CSUN is 5-17, 4-6.

The host Anteaters were blanked by the No. 5-ranked Cardinal, whose Drew Holland made 23 saves in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation game Sunday.
Holland’s saves are an MPSF record.
UCI is 11-9, 1-5 in conference.
Stanford is 18-6, 4-3.
