COSTA MESA — Senior Ashley Peters shot two-under-par 33 to earn medalist honors for the Eagles in a Golden West League match at Mesa Linda Golf Course Wednesday.

Cassie Stevenson shot 40 for Estancia (3-1, 2-0 in league), followed by Frankie Thorpe (42), Jillian Tanner (45) and Melissa Morel (46).

NEWPORT BEACH — Senior Grace Kim shared medalist honors with a rival Dolphin in the nonleague season opener Wednesday at Newport Beach Country Club.
