Rick Reilly to speak at Newport Beach library

From his Sports Illustrated column to his work as columnist and personality with ESPN.com and ESPN, Rick Reilly has become a celebrated sports journalist.

Reilly, who has been voted National Sportswriter of the Year 11 times, will speak at the Newport Beach Public Library on “Playing the Game from the Inside Out” on Feb. 21 and Feb. 22.

General admission for the Feb. 21 event is $50 and the Feb. 22 event is $35. The Feb. 21 event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a wine reception and music. The Feb. 22 event begins at 2 p.m with a lecture and question-and-answer session.
