A San Juan Capistrano man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a hit-and-run collision that killed a Huntington Beach woman and injured another man.
Jason Roberts, 32, is scheduled for pretrial Jan. 19. The court set his bail at $75,000.
Huntington Beach police arrested Roberts on July 22 after 24-year-old Oriana Millan was struck and killed by a vehicle while crossing Brookhurst Street and Atlanta Avenue. Harlan Coffman, 25, of La Mirada was also injured.
