Pretrial delayed again for waitress accused of selling cocaine

The pretrial hearing for a waitress and the man who allegedly helped her sell cocaine to police has been postponed to Oct. 24.

Police arrested Brynn Ashley Boucher, 24, and Victor Mac Davis, 29, in May after a six-month investigation into the Killarney Pub & Grill, 209 Main St.

Boucher allegedly sold the cocaine while working at the downtown restaurant, and Davis allegedly helped her obtain it, police have said.

Boucher and Davis are each charged with three felony counts of allegedly selling and transporting drugs.

The Huntington Beach Police Department and Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control launched the investigation in response to alcohol-related arrests and crimes stemming from downtown restaurants and bars.

Boucher’s attorney, Ron Chrislip, said the hearing was continued while the Orange County district attorney’s office reviews more evidence. This is the second time the pretrial hearing has been postponed.

Orange County District Attorney Chief of Staff Susan Kang Schroeder said prosecutors are investigating some evidence at the request of the defense attorneys.
