Why should constituents vote for you?

During the last 30 years I have held management positions in law enforcement and education instructions with extensive professional experience steering and directing all aspects of operations, administration, media, budgeting and equipment maintenance. I have had successes in managing multiple projects with competing priorities involving program development, safety initiatives and quality control. Our organizational teams have achieved high productivity levels; together we have had repeated success guiding sizable cross-functioning teams as well as training, coaching, and motivating staff within our organizations.

I have been married to my lovely wife for 32 years and we have four daughters and seven grandchildren. Over the last 40 years I have been extensively involved in volunteer work and was honored in 1985 as Orange County Business volunteer of the year. I will be honored to continue my volunteer work as a board member of the Orange County Fairgrounds Preservation Society.

In the last year, what is one issue the board got wrong and what would you have done differently?

I have watched thebBoard closely over the past several years and strongly feel the current board is moving in the right direction. I would be honored to be a board member to continue the board’s positive and innovating direction.
