AREA 3
Main Street: A caller reported battery in the 300 block at 12:59 a.m. Sunday. The caller said the suspect was wearing a black hoodie with a blue shirt and described him as a 5-foot-10 to 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds.
Pacific Coast Highway: A caller reported battery after a female spat in his face in the 300 block at 11:10 p.m. Saturday. The caller said that all females are out of control and was heard yelling expletives.
Main Street and Walnut Avenue: A caller reported a misdemeanor assault when a male punched an older male inside a truck at 2:50 p.m. Saturday.
Tenth Street: A caller reported his ex-girlfriend stealing a $1,000 painting from his home in the 400 block at 12:58 a.m. Saturday. The caller said that his ex-girlfriend had gotten upset after the two had lunch together and when he arrived home, the doors were unlocked and the painting was missing. The ex-girlfriend said that the painting was hers because she had paid for it; however, the caller said that she had bought the painting for him as a gift six years ago.
Seventh Street: A caller reported domestic violence when he heard a female screaming in the 100 block at 4:56 p.m. Friday. The caller said that the two were fighting about drugs and that he could hear the male beating his girlfriend.

Woolburn Drive: A caller reported a male attempting to break into a house in the 8100 block at 10:04 a.m. Tuesday. The caller said that when the male saw her son in the house from a window in the backyard, he ran off and got into a black Dodge four-door pickup truck with another subject. The caller said the first male had a mustache or beard and was in his mid-20s, wearing a brown beanie and a black sweatshirt.

Brookhurst Street: A caller reported battery at a gas station at 9:14 p.m. Monday.
Bushard Street: A caller reported petty theft from a church at 1:51 p.m. Saturday.
Magnolia Street: A caller reported petty theft from a drugstore at 9:49 p.m. Saturday.

Slater Avenue: A caller reported that threats were made to a child-care center at 10:10 a.m. Tuesday.
Newhope Street: A caller reported a stolen vehicle from a wholesale warehouse at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Euclid Street: A caller reported a bomb threat in a hospital at 10:28 a.m. Monday.
El Centro Avenue and Los Jardines East: A caller reported illegal soliciting at 5:26 p.m. Sunday.
