“When I introduced classic family suppers as a special one Monday a few months ago, little did I know that it would result in one of the busiest Monday nights for my three restaurants,” explains Karamardian, who, along with her husband Gary, shares regular meals with her two children and three grandchildren. “For generations, my family has always found comfort in an everyday supper that is full of flavor and warmth, so we decided to create specials, similar to the meals we share at home, for my guests and their families and friends to enjoy.”
