IRVINE — Juliane Piggott had 15 kills and 13 digs to help the No. 19-ranked Anteaters to a 22-25, 25-10, 25-21, 24-26, 15-11 Big West Conference win Saturday.

Kari Pestolesi had 12 kills and 15 digs for UCI (17-4, 7-2 in conference). Alexandra Filkins and Taryn Robertson added 10 kills each. Robertson also had 46 assists.

DAVIS — Chris Leer and Irving Garcia scored a goal each for the No. 22-ranked Anteaters in the Big West Conference match Saturday.

Victor Chinchilla had four saves for UCI (11-4, 4-2 in conference).

FRESNO — Alejandro Lopez and Tomislav Colic each had a goal and an assist for the Lions in the Golden State Athletic Conference match Saturday.

Eric Nutter and Adam Holstein also scored for Vanguard (7-5-3, 4-2-2).

IRVINE — Brandon Johnson and Trent Baxter scored two goals each for the No. 7-ranked Anteaters against the No. 4-ranked Bruins in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match Saturday night.

The Anteaters dropped to 13-6, 1-1 in the MPSF.
